These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
This store sells TheXmasGlow Christmas projector and related accessories. You can reach us at any time at danlex.ventures@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography, lighting and screen calibration mean that projected effects and colours may look slightly different in your own room. Product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to change product specifications, bundles or prices at any time without notice, and to limit quantities or refuse any order.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and, for some destinations, customs duties are your responsibility. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed. Payment is taken at the time you place the order.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, that we cannot ship to your address, or where the item is unavailable - in each case we refund you in full.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, tracking and lost-parcel handling are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which also forms part of these terms.
8. Safe use of the product
The projector is an electrical product. Use it only with the supplied adapter, follow the instructions that come in the box, keep indoor-only models out of the rain, and do not look directly into the lens. Adult supervision is required where children are present. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or use outside the conditions the product was designed for.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site - text, photography, video, graphics, layout and branding - belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or misleading information. We may terminate your access for breaching these terms.
11. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services such as payment processors and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
